Our latest batch of Clear & Brightening Moisturiser is hitting the shelves and you will notice it is quite a bit more yellow than the last batch. We haven't changed the ingredients or the formulation. So, why is it more yellow?
The answer lies in the benefits of using natural ingredients. A key ingredient in the Clear & Brightening Moisturiser is Sea Buckthorn. Sea Buckthorn can have different strengths/colour depending on what time of the year the plant is harvested. Is the "really yellow" more potent then the not so yellow? I'm yet to find any published evidence.
Even in it's least yellow form, Sea Buckthorn remains a powerhouse ingredient that includes multi-vitamins, antioxidants and countless skin nutrients that work to reduce redness and inflamation.
It's as simple as that. It is the same for any of our products. Natural Ingredients means little changes here and there. The colour might look a bit darker or lighter in each batch, but, rest assured it's the same formula and ingredients from your favourite products.
